To find out, first, rate yourself for each statement below on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 means “strongly disagree” and 5 means “strongly agree.”
- I fall asleep easily and sleep soundly through the night
- I wake up with energy and feel well-rested.
- I have consistent energy levels throughout the day without frequent crashes or fatigue.
- I have no chronic pain or discomfort in joints, muscles, or other body parts.
- I have good physical mobility and can perform daily activities without difficulty.
- I have good overall strength and can lift or carry moderate weights without strain.
- I have good balance, coordination, and flexibility
- I have good cardiovascular endurance (I can engage in moderate to vigorous physical activity without getting winded quickly).
- I can handle temperature changes without excessive sweating or shivering.
- I have a strong libido and sexual function.
- I can concentrate and focus on tasks without frequent distraction or mental fatigue.
- I rarely experience headaches or migraines.
- I have regular, healthy bowel movements (1-3 times per day).
- I have no chronic digestive issues (e.g., bloating, gas, acid reflux, constipation, or diarrhea).
- I have clear, smooth skin without frequent breakouts or excessive dryness/oiliness.
- I have shiny, strong hair and nails that grow quickly.
- I have bright, clear eyes without dark circles or puffiness.
- I have fresh breath and healthy gums.
- I rarely get sick with colds, flu, or infections.
- I have quick wound healing and recovery from illness or injury.
- I have a healthy body weight and composition without extreme fluctuations.
Then, add up your scores, and compare your total to the following ranges to estimate your level of physical health:
– Exceptional Physical Health: 84-105 (top ~7%)
– Very Good Physical Health: 70-83 (next ~24%)
– Good Physical Health: 56-69 (middle ~38%)
– Mediocre Physical Health: 42-55 (next ~24%)
– Poor Physical Health: 21-41 (bottom ~7%)
